My goal as a dentist is to create life-changing experiences for my patients by delivering custom, holistic, and comprehensive dentistry that elevates every aspect of my patients’ lives. There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing a patient walk out of our office having had a life-changing experience and an amazing smile.
I am dedicated to making sure that my patients have a positive dental experience that is comfortable, stress-free, rewarding, and affordable. My patients mean everything to me — the best part of my day is seeing my patients smile for the first time in years after completing their treatment. Helping people to regain confidence and be free of pain is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Excellence in Education
I decided early in life to become a dentist, because I have always been passionate about meeting new people, getting to know them personally, and helping to improve their lives with a smile. I completed my first round of dental education at Maharashtra University of Health Science, where I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2006.
Upon moving to the United States, I attended the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, and obtained my Doctorate of Dental Surgery with placement on the dean’s list. I completed my general practice residency at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles in 2012.
Knowing that the best way to treat dental problems is to prevent them to begin with, I chose to pursue a master’s degree in public health at Florida International University. This program instilled in me the importance of protecting and improving the health of entire populations. I learned how to address the challenging issues that affect communities, work with people across sectors, and educate the public about best healthcare practices.
Continuing Education and Experience
Here at Dental Excellence Bay Area, we combine state-of-the-art, evidence-based, and cutting-edge dentistry with the latest technology. Throughout the years, I have continued my education in orthodontics, Invisalign®, implants, and advanced technology in dentistry to offer my patients the best long-term successful results at an affordable price.
This includes study club participation, attendance at the ADA-DENTSPLY Annual Conference, and research, as well as teaching at the UCLA School of Dentistry.

Family and Community
I grew up in Mumbai as one in a bustling family of seven. Now I reside in San Jose with my wonderful wife and son. It is far less hectic, but I keep busy with family time, traveling, gardening, and reading.
I believe that the circle of knowledge must go on, and hence giving back to the community is very important. My community involvement includes:
